Don Naylor and Associates were key members of the design team responsible for site planning and landscape architecture for this 42 unit mid-rise luxury condominium in North Toronto by Bahai Developments. The building site situated adjacent significant natural features presented a unique challenge.
Following a lengthy consultation process with local conservation, rate payers and local interest groups, a concept plan evolved that allowed a successful integration of a unique, contemporary building design within a well preserved natural environment.
